Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Nabob Sports website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with Platform operation.
• Upload false results, impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliation with a club or competition.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the app except where permitted by law.

4. Competition & Content

Fixtures, results, standings, and statistics are provided for information purposes. Official competition rules, organiser decisions, and on-court rulings prevail in the event of discrepancy. User-generated or linked profile content must not infringe third-party rights or be offensive or misleading.

5. Intellectual Property

Nabob Sports names, logos, design, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabob Sports and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nabob Sports from claims arising out of your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the mobile app (Profile → Delete account). Deletion is permanent and removes access to account-specific features; certain competition records already published may remain in historical results.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Nabob Sports is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
