Nabob Sports ("Nabob Sports", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Nabob Sports website, mobile applications, and tournament services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Platform.

This policy applies to visitors, registered users, players, team members, officials, and anyone who interacts with Nabob Sports online or at events we support.

• Team & competition data: Club affiliation, player statistics, match history, rankings, and roster information supplied by organisers or linked to your account.
• Usage data: App and website interactions, pages viewed, feature usage, and diagnostic logs.
• Device data: Device type, operating system, app version, language, and push notification tokens if you opt in.
• Communications: Messages you send through contact forms or support channels.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide accounts, fixtures, results, standings, notifications, and other Platform features.
• Operate Nabob Cup and partner competitions, including publishing match results and league tables.
• Send service messages, security alerts, and—where you opt in—match reminders and marketing updates.
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience through analytics and troubleshooting.
• Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect the Platform and our users.

4. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (such as running competitions and securing the Platform), consent (for optional notifications), and legal obligation.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may delete your account in the mobile app (Profile → Delete account) or contact us below.

We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password.

10. Children

The Platform is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have collected a child's data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Platform and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
